One of the best wine bars I've been to is 13,5° Bar de Vins, Carrer Prat de la Creu, 29-39, AD500 Andorra la Vella. It has the popular Enomatic wine dispensers that I had first seen in Tbilisi. There were 24 wines available from the dispensers plus others from their large wine selection. They carry mostly Spanish and Portuguese wines but also a few international such as New Zealand. Their hours are 18:00-01:00, closed Sunday.
To use the dispensers, first get the activation card from the bar. Insert the card into the dispenser and select your wine and the quantity desired. This is usually a 125ml tasting sample and two larger servings. The cost of the 125ml samples ranged from €1.60 to €3.30. The cost of each sample is added to the card and you return the card to the cashier and pay.
(There is an Andorran wine which I had seen in the tourist office but 13,5° Bar de Vin did not carry it; the server there said that they had it in the past, but that it is hard to find because so little is made, and it is very expensive.)
